AYDA Becomes Official Training Partner of ION Academy

ASEAN Youth for Digital Action (AYDA) is proud to announce its official partnership with ION Academy, marking a strategic step in expanding access to digital skills training and career opportunities for youth across ASEAN.

This partnership goes beyond training. It is designed to directly connect skills development with jobs, entrepreneurship, and participation in the digital economy. Through ION Academy, AYDA will equip young people with practical, job-ready capabilities while opening clear pathways into employment and income-generating opportunities.

ION Academy is part of Indonesia Open Network (ION), a national initiative building an open digital ecosystem to unlock inclusive commerce, empower MSMEs, and create jobs at scale. As the talent engine behind ION, the Academy focuses on preparing a new generation of ION-ready workers across roles such as seller onboarding, catalog management, logistics coordination, customer experience, and growth operations.

Managed by AYDA and powered by Orbit Future Academy, ION Academy delivers structured training, certification, and real-world exposure that align directly with market needs. At the same time, it enables MSMEs, cooperatives, and local enterprises to actively participate and grow within open digital networks.

At its core, this collaboration positions AYDA as the human capital backbone of ION, ensuring that technology is matched with skilled people and that digital transformation translates into real participation, real livelihoods, and long-term impact at scale.
