AYDA ASEAN Digital Champion

The AYDA ASEAN Digital Champion (ADC) is a one-day (4-hour) online certification course designed to introduce youth to key digital trends shaping the future of ASEAN’s economy and society. The program provides a structured overview of essential digital competencies, equipping participants with practical knowledge and awareness to navigate digital transformation responsibly and contribute to sustainable and innovation-driven growth.

Core Curriculums

AYDA Workforce Development for ASEAN Youth

A 9–12 week instructor-led AWS re/Start online training program focused on developing entry-level Cloud Computing competencies aligned with global industry standards. The program supports individuals in building in-demand cloud skills and prepares them for the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification, strengthening their pathways toward employment or digital business integration.  

Learners will engage in structured, scenario-based learning covering Cloud Computing Fundamentals, Linux, Networking, Security, Databases, Python Programming, and core AWS services. Through hands-on labs, applied coursework, and workplace orientation components, learners develop the technical and professional competencies required for entry-level cloud roles in today’s digital economy. 

AYDA Job Readiness for ASEAN Youth

Tailored for aspiring professionals, our initiative grooms the youth, honing their job readiness through contemporary digital tools and pivotal soft skills. Based on their initial assessment, a bespoke learning trajectory crafted from 30 sub-competencies is provided. Upon finishing the course, participants are awarded the “Job Ready” badge, a valuable asset during job and internship searches. This course can be completed within 90 hours duration.

AYDA Workplace Orientation

Graduates of the AYDA program are matched with MSMEs and partner organizations across the ASEAN region for astructured 3–8 week workplace orientation (online or hybrid), designed to translate learning into real-world application. This placement enables participants to apply the digital, cloud, artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship, and business skills acquired throughout the AYDA programs within live organizational contexts.

The program serves as a bridge between training and employment, fostering measurable impact at both the individual and institutional levels across the ASEAN ecosystem.

AYDA Membership Program

Upon completion of the program, participants will become part of the AYDA Membership Program, a regional network designed to ensure sustained engagement and continuous professional development. Membership provides ongoing access to future AYDA initiatives while connecting members with like-minded youth across ASEAN who share a common interest in digital innovation and development.
